Job Description
**Job Title** Residential Sales Consultant **Role Summary** Independent sales professional responsible for acquiring and closing residential property sales, managing the customer journey from enquiry to post‑sale, and contributing to business growth through new business development and market research. **Expectations** - Achieve individual sales targets and OTE of £35k‑£55k. - Maintain excellent client service and professional brand for the agency. - Stay up‑to‑date with legislation, industry best practices, and company processes. **Key Responsibilities** - Handle new enquires, meet prospective buyers and sellers. - Conduct accurate property valuations and present findings. - Coordinate team meetings to discuss new listings and scheduling. - Arrange and conduct private viewings, open houses and client appointments. - Provide timely feedback to all parties. - Negotiate offers, prepare contracts and manage post‑sale progress. - Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction flow. - Maintain and update the sales database; generate reports on property performance and activity. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market. - Research and plan marketing targets; create and update sales content. - Attend training and professional development sessions. - Contribute to broader organizational and business development initiatives as required. **Required Skills** - Minimum 2 years experience in estate agency sales. - Strong customer service orientation and high organisational ability. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficient in time management and administrative tasks. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to change. - Full clean UK driving licence. **Required Education & Certifications** - ARLA & NAEA Property qualification preferred (mandatory for some positions). - Knowledge of QUBE/MRI systems is advantageous. ---
