Job Description: Job title: Trainee Car Sales Executive – New & Used Škoda Role Summary: Assist customers from initial enquiry to vehicle handover, learning the complete sales cycle including test drives, product demonstrations, finance and insurance options, and maintaining high showroom standards while working towards individual and team sales targets in a target‑driven dealership environment. Expectations: - Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage. - Build rapport and understand customer needs. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success. - Show resilience, confidence, and a positive, can‑do attitude. - Thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performance setting. Key Responsibilities: - Guide customers through enquiries, test drives, and vehicle demonstrations. - Maintain showroom and vehicle presentation standards. - Educate clients on finance and insurance products. - Work with sales targets to meet or exceed performance metrics. - Provide exceptional post‑sales follow‑up. - Participate in training, mentoring, and the Škoda Sales Executive Accreditation Programme. Required Skills: - Full UK driving licence. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Confidence, resilience, and self‑motivation. - Customer‑focused mindset. - Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment. Required Education & Certifications: - UK full driving licence. - Completion of Škoda Sales Executive Accreditation Programme (post‑training).
