Job title: Account Executive Role Summary: Drive full‑cycle sales for a fast‑growing cyber‑insurance brokerage, building a pipeline, closing deals, and managing post‑sale relationships to grow a book of business. Expectations: • Deliver high volume of qualified leads and closed deals. • Achieve year‑to‑year OTE targets (£100k‑£110k in Y1, escalating to £180k‑£220k by Y3). • Retain and upsell existing accounts, maintaining renewal rates in a renewal‑heavy industry. Key Responsibilities: • Prospect senior decision‑makers via outbound outreach. • Conduct consultative sales cycles to qualify and close new business. • Onboard and renew client accounts, ensuring seamless post‑sale support. • Collaborate with internal cyber and insurance experts to tailor solutions. • Track and report pipeline metrics, meeting quota and KPI requirements. Required Skills: • Proven B2B sales experience with strong outbound prospecting. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. • Self‑motivated, competitive, resilient, and results‑driven. • Ability to manage full sales cycle and handle renewal/upsell activities. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree (business, marketing, or related field) or equivalent sales experience. • No mandatory certifications; knowledge of cyber‑insurance concepts is a plus.
