**Job title:** Business Development Representative
**Role Summary:**
Drive outbound sales for Screeb by identifying, qualifying, and scheduling meetings with senior decision‑makers at large enterprise accounts. The role combines account‑based marketing (ABM), cold outreach, LinkedIn sequences, and targeted calling to generate a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
**Expectations:**
- 2–4 years of SDR/BDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hunter mindset: self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑driven.
- Proven experience executing ABM or structured account‑based outbound campaigns.
- Comfortable reaching senior stakeholders by phone and messaging.
- Data‑driven: track conversion metrics, analyze results, and iterate.
- Autonomous, organized, and able to self‑direct daily activities.
- Curiosity about AI and ability to leverage AI tools for research and outreach.
- Advanced English; experience selling to international prospects is a plus.
- Track record of meeting/exceeding QBR meeting and pipeline targets.
- Ambition to grow into an Account Executive role.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify target accounts and build focused prospect lists.
- Own the full outbound cycle: research, outreach, follow‑up, and meeting booking.
- Design and execute ABM campaigns for priority verticals (e.g., CAC40, Next40, banking).
- Conduct cold and warm call campaigns using HubSpot data and enrichment tools.
- Build and manage LinkedIn outreach sequences in partnership with Marketing.
- Leverage signals (website visits, content downloads, webinars, ads) to time outreach.
- Develop account‑specific messaging and value propositions tailored to each prospect.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align outbound messaging with content and events.
- Track activity, iterate tactics, and scale repeatable playbooks.
- Maintain a clean, up‑to‑date pipeline in HubSpot; log every touchpoint and stage.
- Build enriched prospect lists using Pharow, Zeliq, Lusha, Sales Navigator, etc.
- Report weekly on outbound activity, pipeline generation, and conversion metrics.
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and contribute to forecasting.
- Share field intelligence with Marketing to inform content and positioning.
**Required Skills:**
- B2B outbound sales proficiency; ABM/account‑based outreach.
- Strong research and account‑mapping capabilities.
- Effective communication with senior stakeholders; phone and written.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, enrichment tools (Pharow, Zeliq, Lusha).
- Comfortable using AI tools for research, personalization, and workflow automation.
- Analytical mindset; ability to interpret data and optimize approaches.
- Self‑management, organization, and independence.
- Fluent English; international prospecting experience preferred.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- HubSpot Sales Software certification or equivalent is a plus but not mandatory.
