Job Description: Job Title: Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst – Retail Role Summary: Support enterprise retail and omnichannel initiatives by translating business needs into functional specifications and facilitating development, testing, and deployment of retail systems (POS, OMS, eCommerce, inventory, supply‑chain). Expectations: - 5+ years of Retail BA/BSA experience, Agile delivery background. - Deep understanding of order lifecycle, inventory, pricing, and omnichannel fulfillment (BOPIS, Ship‑from‑Store). - Ability to work cross‑functionally with business stakeholders, development, QA, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities: - Elicit, analyze, document and validate business and system requirements. - Produce BRDs, FRDs, and user stories that drive Agile sprint planning. - Collaborate with development and QA teams during sprint cycles. - Conduct UAT, data validation, and support production incidents for retail platforms. Required Skills: - Retail domain expertise (POS, OMS, eCommerce, inventory, supply‑chain). - Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data flows. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. - Relevant business‑analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI‑PBA) preferred.
