Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Retail Business Analyst (BA) / Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support enterprise retail and omnichannel initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams, driving requirements definition, system enhancements, integrations, and process optimization across retail platforms such as POS, OMS, eCommerce, inventory, and supply chain systems.

This role requires strong retail domain knowledge, analytical capability, and experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business and system requirements
Translate requirements into BRDs/FRDs/user stories
Support retail systems including POS, OMS, and eCommerce
Work with development and QA teams during Agile sprints
Assist with UAT, data validation, and production support

Required Skills

5+ years of Retail BA/BSA experience
Strong understanding of order lifecycle, inventory, pricing, and omnichannel fulfillment (BOPIS, Ship-from-Store)
Experience with retail platforms (POS, OMS, Commerce platforms)
Knowledge of APIs and system integrations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
