Job Description
**Job Title:** Customer Relationship Advisor (Client Advisor) **Role Summary:** Support and grow an assigned B2B client portfolio by guiding customers through product selection, processing orders linked to claims, and maximizing claim value. Ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through order fulfillment and invoicing while meeting sales and service targets. **Expectations:** - Develop and retain high‑potential accounts, achieving targeted revenue and year‑end discount (RFA) objectives. - Deliver accurate, value‑oriented product proposals for each claim. - Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely response, order tracking, and issue resolution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle inbound commercial requests and open new client accounts. - Educate clients on marketplace solutions and quoting tools. - Assist customers in part selection; capture orders based on expert reports. - Proactively conduct targeted outbound calls to upsell and deepen relationships. - Coordinate with network animators and sales teams to drive client turnover. - Monitor order progress, ensure proper return procedures, and follow through to invoicing. - Resolve order‑related incidents in collaboration with the sales support unit. **Required Skills:** - Proven B2B technical product sales aptitude. - Strong written and verbal communication; persuasive negotiation. - Team player with a collaborative mindset. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). - Ability to organize workload and prioritize high‑value opportunities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - BTS Technico‑Commercial or equivalent technical‑commercial qualification. - Prior experience in a similar client‑facing sales or advisory role is preferred.
