Job Description
Job Title: DIRECT SALES & DIGITAL SPECIALIST Role Summary: Manage and optimise the company’s B2C and B2B online sales channels, ensuring accurate product data, efficient order processing, and high‑quality customer experience. Lead digital marketing and CRM initiatives, collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, and drive performance against revenue and margin targets. Expectations: - Deliver revenue and margin objectives for the Direct Sales division. - Maintain operational excellence across all e‑commerce portals and marketplaces. - Communicate effectively in English with international stakeholders. - Adapt swiftly to changing priorities and evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Operate Shopify back‑office: order and customer administration, product listing, pricing, promotion setup, content publishing, and basic troubleshooting. - Manage marketplace catalogues (e.g., C‑Discount, Media Markt): pricing, availability, order follow‑up, claim handling, and issue escalation. - Oversee sales operations: order maintenance, fraud management, returns, and customer support via Zendesk. - Liaise with Finance, IT, and Sales Administration to coordinate stock checks, shipment tracking, cancellations, refunds, and returns. - Coordinate with external agencies (SEO, SEA, Marketplace feed) to brief, monitor deliverables, and evaluate performance against KPIs and budgets. - Manage Klaviyo CRM: newsletter campaigns, automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post‑purchase, win‑back), database quality, and segmentation. - Partner with web development agency on platform enhancements, bug fixes, and customisations to improve user experience. - Maintain online product database: pricing, status, visibility, availability, cross‑sell, upsell, categorisation, and type. - Oversee product content creation: visual assets, copy, translations for product pages, blogs, newsletters, and promotions. - Execute direct‑sales promotions (coupons, discounts, BOGO) aligned with the sales activity calendar. - Analyse platform performance using Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and other data sources. - Manage omnichannel traffic and integration across sales touchpoints. Required Skills: - Proven experience managing Shopify and marketplace back‑office functions. - Proficiency with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk). - CRM management with Klaviyo or equivalent. - Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision making. - Ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams and external agencies. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. - Detail‑oriented, organised, and capable of handling multiple priorities. - Agility to learn quickly and adapt in a fast‑moving environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, e‑Commerce, or related field. - Certifications preferred: Shopify Partner or Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, and/or CRM‑specific (Klaviyo, HubSpot) certifications.
