Operate fully remotely while managing the complete franchise sales cycle, maintaining a robust pipeline, and representing the brand to potential investors and operators. Expactations: Deliver measurable franchise sales growth, meet or exceed quarterly targets, and consistently expand the pipeline of qualified prospects. Work independently, prioritize tasks, and provide regular progress reports to the founder. Maintain a professional, brand‑aligned presentation in all client interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect, qualify, and recruit franchise partners across the UK and international markets. - Develop and close franchise sales deals through presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization. - Build and sustain a high‑volume pipeline of prospective franchisees. - Serve as a brand ambassador, presenting the concept to investors and prospective operators. - Collaborate with the founder to strategize network scaling and market entry plans. Required Skills: - Proven experience in franchise sales or franchise development, preferably in hospitality or F&B. - Strong network and relationships within the UK hospitality and franchise industry. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a record of achieving sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities. - Self‑motivation and ability to thrive in a remote, independent work environment.
