We are looking for an experienced Franchise Development Manager to help expand the GEORGY Shooters Bar concept across the UK and globally.

GEORGY Shooters Bar is a high-energy nightlife concept with a proven business model, strong margins, and a clear operational system. Our goal is ambitious: to build a large international franchise network, starting with the UK.

This is a remote role, and the ideal candidate is based in the UK and has strong experience selling hospitality or F&B franchises.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and recruit qualified franchise partners in the UK and internationally
Manage the full franchise sales process: lead generation, qualification, presentations, and deal closing
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential franchisees
Represent the GEORGY brand to investors and operators
Work closely with the founder to scale the franchise network

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in franchise sales or franchise development (hospitality preferred)
Strong network within the UK hospitality or franchise industry
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong sales skills
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
