Job Description
Job Title: Human Resources Intern Role Summary: Support full recruitment cycle for technical roles and routine HR operations, ensuring efficient candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding, while maintaining accurate HR records and contributing to HR projects. Expectations: - Deliver timely, organized recruitment support and administrative tasks. - Maintain confidentiality and compliance with UK employment practices. - Communicate effectively across internal teams and external candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Source and identify candidates for software development and technical positions via LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels. - Conduct initial phone interviews and screenings to assess qualifications, technical fit, and cultural alignment. - Manage daily HR administration: employee records, attendance and time‑off tracking, and documentation. - Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones. - Assist with ad‑hoc HR initiatives such as employee engagement projects and internal policy updates. Required Skills: - Bilingual proficiency: native or professional fluency in English and Mandarin (Chinese). - Excellent verbal and written communication, confident telephone manner. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Strong organizational skills, detail‑oriented, and able to handle confidential information discreetly. - Willingness to learn and apply UK employment practices. Required Education & Certifications: - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (Business, HR, Psychology, or related field).
