Omnifilm Entertainment is a Vancouver-based independent content company. For 45 years, Omnifilm has been producing and distributing award-winning drama, comedy, factual and lifestyle, documentaries, and children’s programming. As a vertically-integrated content company, Omnifilm handles development, production and post-production, delivery, and distribution of our brands on both traditional television and digital/VOD platforms.
Some of the company's current and legacy titles include the documentary series Must Love Dogs (CBC), Impossible Cities (co-produced with Manitoba’s Farpoint Films), Hitler’s Last Stand (in partnership with Parallax Films), Bush Wreck Rescue (Discovery Canada), Transplant Stories (Knowledge Network), Dinosaur Cold Case (CBC, Smithsonian Channel), Yukon’s Wild Grizzlies (Smithsonian Channel, Knowledge Network), Wild Bear Rescue (Animal Planet), Ice Pilots NWT (currently airing on Discovery UK, The Weather Channel U.S., and in 68 other countries), and Jade Fever (currently airing in over 100 countries).
