Marketing and Growth Manager
**Role Summary**
Own end‑to‑end marketing and growth operations for the Foodservice division, driving brand execution, lead generation, lifecycle engagement, and sales enablement. Collaborate closely with Sales Development and CRO to translate demand into qualified opportunities, manage go‑to‑market plans, and optimize conversion funnels. Serve as the bridge between marketing strategy and commercial execution, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints.

- Maintain brand consistency and quality across digital, social, and traditional media.
- Align marketing output tightly with sales goals, ensuring smooth lead handoff and qualification.
- Provide data‑driven insights and continuous optimization of campaigns and lifecycle programs.
- Engage key stakeholders and external partners to support product launches and channel expansion.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Brand & Marketing Execution** – implement brand strategy in Foodservice, produce content calendars, coordinate with creative teams and vendors, build multi‑platform engagement tools.
2. **Lead Generation & Lifecycle** – design and execute lead gen across channels, set vertical targets, develop email/CRM journeys, segment audiences, set performance benchmarks.
3. **Sales Enablement** – partner with SD Manager on lead quality, create email templates, decks, launch playbooks, support in‑market activation and POS programs.
4. **Analytics & Optimization** – track KPIs across awareness, engagement, conversion, retention; iterate campaigns; share findings with Sales and Marketing.
**Required Skills**
- 4–8 years brand, growth, lifecycle or demand marketing experience.
- Proficiency in CRM/email platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Strong copywriting, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to translate strategy into tactical execution.
- Experience collaborating with sales or sales‑development teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketing Automation) preferred.
