**Job Title:** Senior IT Manager
**Role Summary:**
Leads the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable technology services that support current operations and international growth. Acts as a strategic partner to influence technology direction while providing hands‑on support and overseeing vendor and team performance.
**Expectations:**
- Provide on‑site and remote leadership for all IT functions in the Denver area.
- Maintain system stability, security compliance, and disaster‑recovery readiness.
- Manage budgets, vendors, and internal technical staff while staying within financial targets.
- Align infrastructure initiatives with business objectives and growth plans.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute infrastructure strategy, policies, and roadmaps for scalability.
- Design, deploy, and secure WAN/LAN/WLAN networks, cloud environments, storage, and endpoint solutions (Windows/macOS).
- Oversee system performance, reliability, and incident troubleshooting.
- Lead disaster‑recovery planning and implementation.
- Manage internal IT team and external vendors, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
- Create and manage IT budgets, track expenditures, and report financial status.
- Advise senior leadership on technology investments and long‑term vision.
**Required Skills:**
- 10+ years managing IT infrastructure and operations with a focus on security and compliance.
- 5+ years of experience supervising technical teams and vendor relationships.
- Deep expertise in network architecture (WAN/LAN/WLAN), cloud platforms (Azure preferred; GCP, AWS), storage, and endpoint computing.
- Proficient in Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong budgeting, financial planning, and cost‑control abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and detail‑orientation skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, Azure/AWS/GCP certifications) are preferred but not mandatory.
