Job Description
**Job Title:** IT Support Analyst **Role Summary:** Provide first‑line IT support to end users, manage ticket flow, and maintain core IT platforms. Deliver onboarding/off‑boarding, create self‑help resources, and assist with project tasks while ensuring system security and stability. **Expectations:** - Clear, professional written and verbal communication with all business levels. - Proactive problem‑solving and attention to detail. - Efficient ticket management via an ITSM tool (e.g., FreshService, ZenDesk, ServiceNow). - Ability to prioritize workload and meet service level targets. - Collaboration with Managed Service Provider (MSP) and internal teams for escalations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Resolve day‑to‑day user issues on Windows 11, Windows Server, Microsoft Office, Teams, and related applications. - Produce and maintain self‑service documentation and troubleshooting guides. - Manage IT asset and contract registers, ensuring up‑to‑date records. - Coordinate escalation handling with MSP, acting as primary contact for complex issues. - Lead employee onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring secure access provisioning and de‑provisioning. - Perform regular maintenance, patching, and security updates on core platforms. - Deploy applications, policies, and device configurations via Intune; manage users/groups in Entra ID. - Provide remote support using RMM tools; support iOS devices and Apple Business Manager deployments. - Contribute to project work and key initiatives as assigned. **Required Skills:** - Strong verbal and written communication; relationship‑building across all levels. - Experience with ITSM/helpdesk platforms (FreshService, ZenDesk, ServiceNow or similar). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Windows 11/Server environments. - Knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) user/group management. - Intune device and application deployment experience. - Remote monitoring and management (RMM) tool usage. - Ability to create and manage SharePoint sites and permissions. - Familiarity with iOS device deployment via Apple Business Manager. - Basic understanding of cyber‑security principles; optional exposure to Azure VMs, networking, and AI tool prompts. **Required Education & Certifications:** - No specific degree mandated; relevant IT support qualifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) preferred.
