About the role
You’ll be recognised as the friendly, confident and supportive face of IT within Enginuity Group. What you’ll be doing
You’ll provide day-to-day support to our end users across common platforms, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively. You’ll create clear, practical self-help tools that empower colleagues to troubleshoot with confidence, while also managing and maintaining our IT asset and contract register to keep records accurate and up to date. You’ll respond to escalations from our MSP, acting as a key point of coordination and resolution when issues require additional attention.
Alongside this, you’ll lead the onboarding and offboarding process for colleagues, delivering a smooth and secure experience. You’ll assist the wider team with project tasks, contributing to key initiatives, and carry out regular maintenance of our core platforms to ensure our systems remain secure and stable.
