**Job Title** EMEA Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity) **Role Summary** Lead post‑sales success for enterprise and mid‑market customers across EMEA. Own the customer journey, drive revenue growth through upselling, cross‑selling, and contract renewals, while ensuring high value realization and customer satisfaction. **Expectations** - Achieve net revenue retention targets through proactive expansion and renewal activities. - Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders. - Expand product adoption and uncover new use cases within existing accounts. - Deliver compelling business reviews that quantify ROI and product value. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Manage a portfolio of Enterprise and Mid‑Market customers across EMEA as primary post‑sales owner. 2. Engage key stakeholders, including senior technical and business leaders, to understand needs and align solutions. 3. Own end‑to‑end contract renewal process, ensuring timely and successful renewals. 4. Drive net revenue retention via upsell, cross‑sell, and identification of new use cases. 5. Conduct regular customer business reviews, showcasing ROI and product adoption. 6. Identify and pursue new revenue streams and expansion opportunities within the customer base. **Required Skills** - Proven Customer Success/Account Management experience in a cybersecurity SaaS environment. - Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to generate revenue growth, upsell, and renew. - Experience managing Enterprise or Mid‑Market accounts across multiple regions, ideally EMEA. - Excellent stakeholder management, engaging both technical and business audiences. - Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. - Relevant certifications in Customer Success, Account Management, or Cybersecurity preferred.
