**Job Title** Sales & Business Development Intern **Role Summary** Build and power the commercial engine for a recruitment‑delegation platform. Drive B2B prospecting, demos, onboarding, and pipeline management while continuously refining acquisition tactics and CRM automation. **Expectations** - Meet or exceed set numeric targets for new client acquisition and pipeline growth. - Actively contribute product‑market fit insights from frontline customer interactions. - Operate independently with startup agility and a results‑driven mindset. **Key Responsibilities** • Prospect B2B leads via LinkedIn, email, phone, and in‑person outreach. • Identify, qualify, and engage HR leaders, executives, and managers as prospects. • Conduct product demos and onboard clients and agencies onto the platform. • Design and maintain an automated prospecting CRM system. • Test and iterate messaging, scripts, channels, and acquisition strategies. • Track pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and revenue generated. • Provide actionable feedback to improve the offer and product. **Required Skills** - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proven ability to drive results and hit quantitative KPI’s. - Self‑sufficient, resourceful, and comfortable in a dynamic startup environment. - Competent with digital tools and quick to learn new platforms. - Analytical mindset for data‑driven process optimization. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrollment in a program in Business, Entrepreneurship, Management, or a related field. - No specific certifications required.
