Job Description
**Job Title:** Site Operations Coordinator – KURIOS **Role Summary** Support the Site Operations Director in procuring, administering, and coordinating on‑site logistics for a traveling large‑tent show. Ensure timely flow of goods, services, and operational processes to maintain performance excellence throughout international tours. **Expectations** - Full‑time international touring during assignment. - Manage end‑to‑end procurement, finance, and logistics within touring budgets and policies. - Maintain accurate supplier invoicing, expense tracking, and reporting per city. - Uphold safety, health, and operating procedure standards on every site. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan and execute on‑site procurement of equipment, services, waste handling, office rentals, etc., placing orders promptly. - Serve as liaison with headquarters supply and accounts payable to process purchase orders, bills, and payments accurately. - Verify supplier invoices align with contractual terms. - Identify, negotiate, and secure suppliers, ensuring compliance with company procurement policies. - Manage site purchases via corporate credit cards and petty cash, reconcile expenses. - Support customs and logistics: prepare shipment documentation and ensure adherence to shipping and customs protocols. - Compile detailed site‑specific reports on suppliers and operations for each visited city. - Coordinate and supervise local suppliers and crew during setup, city operations, and teardown. - Plan and oversee tour runner tasks for timely local procurement. - Operate heavy forklift, handle inventory, and assist technical teams during rigging and dismantling. - Deliver primary training and support for touring financial systems (SAP, Concur, etc.). - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enforce operational procedures, tour logistics plans, and health & safety standards (OSHA, Cirque safeguards). - Perform additional duties as required. **Required Skills** - 2–4 years in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or large‑scale event support. - Proven ability to procure goods/services and negotiate supplier terms. - Knowledge of international logistics, customs, and shipping regulations. - Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking capabilities. - Detail‑oriented, solution‑focused, proactive. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP and Concur preferred. - Ability to operate heavy forklifts and manage inventory. - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. - Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA, Cirque) and operational procedures. **Required Education & Certifications** - College or university degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (equivalent experience considered). - Availability for full‑time international travel and working abroad.
