Design, configure, and deliver the LM solution to meet business requirements, ensuring smooth adoption and optimal use by end users. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality configuration and support for Oracle HCM Cloud LM. - Act as a subject‑matter expert on LM features and best practices. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and IT. - Contribute to project planning, status reporting, and risk mitigation. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Analyze business processes and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud LM configurations. 2. Design and execute configuration, data migration, and testing plans. 3. Provide functional training and documentation for end users and administrators. 4. Work with integration teams to align LM data flows with other HCM modules. 5.
