Job Description

Job title: Mac Support Analyst Role Summary: Provide day‑to‑day macOS support in a creative environment, manage device provisioning and lifecycle via JAMF, troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and security issues, maintain Media Asset Management (MAM) systems, and support video/audio production tools. Expectations: 100% onsite, 5 days per week, initial 3‑month contract. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver end‑user macOS support in a creative studio setting. - Provision, deploy, and manage device lifecycle using JAMF (MDM, policies, updates). - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and security problems across Mac devices. - Maintain and support network, storage, and server infrastructure. - Assist with network and security architecture, access controls, and best practices. - Support MAM systems and creative workflows, including video/audio production tools. - Use Terminal/Unix commands for diagnostics, configuration, and automation. - Write or adapt basic scripts (e.g., Bash) to improve efficiency. - Work with cloud‑based platforms and services (basic exposure to AWS or similar). - Collaborate closely with creative, production, and technical teams.
