Job Specifications

We're looking for a proactive Service Desk Engineer with strong experience supporting both MacOS and Windows environments. You'll be the first point of contact for IT issues, delivering excellent technical support to end users and ensuring smooth day to day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st/2nd line support for Mac and Windows devices
Troubleshoot hardware, software and application issues
Manage user accounts, devices and access requests
Escalate complex issues when required and follow through to resolution
Requirements:
Proven experience supporting MacOS and Windows in a service desk role
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good understanding of ITIL based support environments
This is an initial 2 month contract with the potential of extension!
