Required Skills: - 8–10 years of international finance/FP&A cash experience; 5+ years in NWC management within multinational, complex organizations. - Strong balance‑sheet analysis, NWC driver identification, cash‑flow modeling, and valuation expertise. - Proficiency with finance systems, reporting tools, internal controls; solid knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS. - Exceptional analytical rigor, detail orientation, and ability to translate complex data into clear executive insights. - Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management, and business‑partnering skills; capable of influencing senior leaders. - Fluency in English.
