**Job Title**
Digital & Transformation Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead and deliver digital transformation initiatives across primary care networks and GP practices. Drive integration of cloud‑based platforms, EMIS Web, and NHS App to improve patient access, streamline workflows, and support integrated care pathways. Ensure projects align with NHS digital priorities, deliver measurable outcomes, and meet data security and governance standards.
**Expectations**
- Deliver on time and within budget for all digital projects.
- Achieve adoption targets for new technologies among clinicians and patients.
- Produce regular KPI reports demonstrating impact on patient engagement, demand reduction, and care efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with GDPR, NHS data security, and accessibility regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, launch, and optimise digital transformation projects for Hillingdon primary care.
- Deploy and manage Blinx PACO platform for online consultations, triage, communications, appointments, and analytics.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and promote EMIS Web usage to reduce administrative burden.
- Coordinate with community, mental health, and acute care partners to enable cross‑working and integrated care.
- Lead NHS App integration with Blinx PACO to provide a seamless digital front door.
- Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realisation for clinicians, practice managers, PCN leads, and partners.
- Monitor project deliverables, risks, and KPIs, and report findings to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities for automation, triage, neighbourhood team integration, and system interoperability.
- Support research team with complex searches and digital development.
- Contribute to resource planning, procurement, and reporting on digital initiatives.
**Required Skills**
- Digital project management (planning, execution, monitoring).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change‑management expertise.
- Knowledge of NHS digital systems (EMIS Web, Blinx PACO, NHS App).
- Proficiency in data security, information governance, GDPR compliance, and cyber‑security best practices.
- Analytical skills to track KPIs and report on outcomes.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Professional project‑management certification (Prince2, PMP, or Agile) preferred.
- Knowledge of NHS digital standards and data‑governance frameworks is essential.
