Growth Marketing Manager (6-Month Contract – Temp to Perm)
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end consumer marketing engine for a fashion discovery platform. Own acquisition, paid media, CRM/lifecycle marketing, and community engagement. Drive strategy, execute campaigns, manage budgets and agencies, analyze performance, and iterate quickly in a fast‑moving environment.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 4 years in hands‑on marketing for a consumer brand (fashion, lifestyle, beauty or early‑stage tech).
- Proven ability to design, launch, and optimize paid campaigns, manage CAC/ROAS, and scale acquisition funnels.
- Experience managing external agencies and freelancers across PR, design, email, and influencer.
- Startup‑ready mindset: resourceful, fast, and comfortable with rapid iteration.
- Proficiency with AI productivity tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Growth Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and own full‑funnel growth strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Activate & optimize Meta and Google paid campaigns; manage budgets, CAC, ROAS, and funnel metrics.
- Identify and test new acquisition channels.
2. **Campaign Management & Creative**
- Ideate, launch, and manage product launches, influencer events, and beta activations.
- Collaborate with brand & design teams on creative assets, messaging, and the marketing calendar.
3. **CRM & Lifecycle Marketing**
- Own lifecycle marketing using Klaviyo (via agency).
- Design, launch, and refine automated email flows for onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Optimize timing, content, and segmentation based on data.
4. **Agency & Team Management**
- Oversee freelancers and agencies (CRM, branding/design, social, video, influencer).
- Coordinate with founders, product, and engineering to align GTM execution.
5. **Data & Reporting**
- Monitor acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics.
- Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable insights.
- Iterate campaigns fast, learn quickly.
6. **Community & Movement Building**
- Grow brand presence via Instagram stories, IRL events, and ambassador/creator programs.
- Cultivate influencer relationships and word‑of‑mouth initiatives.
**Required Skills**
- Growth marketing strategy, full‑funnel acquisition, paid media (Meta, Google).
- CRM and lifecycle marketing, email automation (Klaviyo).
- Data analysis, KPI tracking (CAC, ROAS, funnel conversions).
- Campaign and creative collaboration; content calendar development.
- Agency and freelance management.
- Community building, influencer and ambassador program management.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and documentation skills.
- AI tool proficiency (e.g., for copy, data insights).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder coordination.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, or Klaviyo considered a plus.
