**Job Title:** Workday Post-Deployment Reporting Consultant **Role Summary:** Provide expert support for Workday reporting after client deployments. Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize reports, dashboards, and composite/advanced reports. Serve as a primary point of contact for post‑deployment reporting tickets, ensuring high client satisfaction and SLA compliance. Mentor junior team members and lead continuous improvement initiatives for reporting processes. **Expectations:** - Deliver timely, high‑quality support for Workday reporting issues. - Translate business requirements into effective technical reporting solutions. - Work independently while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines. - Participate in client meetings, deliver insights, and propose enhancements. - Occasionally travel within the region for client or internal sessions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Efficiently triage and prioritize incoming Workday reporting tickets to meet SLA targets. - Design, build, and deliver Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and dashboard reports that meet customer specifications. - Perform report performance tuning and maintain calculated fields and security settings. - Monitor ticket volumes, collaborate with the Reporting Functional Manager to identify process gaps, and implement best‑practice improvements. - Maintain accurate documentation of ticket handling, solution steps, and configuration changes. - Identify and suggest enhancements to internal tools, templates, and support delivery processes. - Facilitate knowledge transfer and coaching for junior consultants on reporting design and support workflows. **Required Skills:** - Deep knowledge of Workday HCM and Workday Reporting modules. - Hands‑on experience building and tuning Workday reports, dashboards, and composite reports. - Proficiency with calculated fields, role‑level security, and performance optimization. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent communication and customer‑engagement skills. - Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities under pressure. - Experience in AMS, post‑deployment, or support roles using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow). - Basic commercial understanding of time tracking, utilisation, and service delivery metrics. - Proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on quality and customer success. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. - Workday HCM and/or Workday Reporting certification highly preferred. - Professional qualifications or training relevant to Workday or data reporting are desirable.
