Job Description
**Job Title** Contract Administrator – Data Center Construction **Role Summary** Coordinate and manage contract administration for large‑scale hyperscale and enterprise data center construction projects. Serve as the primary liaison among legal, project management, operations, accounting, and subcontractors to ensure all contractual, compliance, and documentation requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle. **Expectations** - Maintain meticulous organization of contract files, compliance documentation, insurance certificates, bonding, and permitting approvals. - Track contract milestones, deadlines, and amendments to keep all stakeholders informed. - Proactively identify and resolve documentation gaps, compliance risks, and contract issues. **Key Responsibilities** - Administer subcontract agreements, vendor contracts, and client‑facing documentation for data center construction projects. - Coordinate with Legal, Project Managers, Operations, Accounting, and subcontractors to clarify contractual obligations and project requirements. - Facilitate project setup and onboarding by ensuring all subcontractors, vendors, and required documentation are in place before project commencement. - Monitor contract milestones, documentation deadlines, and compliance requirements; maintain accurate records of amendments and supporting documents. - Support change order processing, billing documentation, and project financial tracking in collaboration with project teams. - Identify and address documentation gaps, compliance risks, and contract issues, coordinating timely resolution. **Required Skills** - 2–4 years experience in contract administration, construction coordination, or project administration within data center, construction, infrastructure, or engineering environments. - Strong organizational and communication abilities; capable of coordinating across multiple teams and managing complex documentation. - High attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project documentation tools (e.g., Procore, Contract Works). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Law, or related field (preferred). - No specific professional certifications required, though familiarity with construction documentation, permits, insurance, and bonding is preferred.
