Position Overview
As a Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of large-scale hyperscale and enterprise data center projects across the United States. This role serves as a central coordination point between legal, project management, operations, accounting, and subcontractors to ensure all project contracts, compliance requirements, and documentation are properly organized and executed.
You will help manage the administrative and compliance aspects of project contracts, including subcontract agreements, bonding requirements, insurance documentation, and permitting coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces while maintaining strong communication across internal teams and external partners.
This position supports complex data center construction programs involving major hyperscale and enterprise clients and plays a critical role in ensuring contractual and regulatory requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
The hybrid position will work 3 days a week at our Mid-Town Manhattan Office and will work from home 2 days a week
This is a full-time position offering full benefits, a base salary in the $60,000-$80,000 range (commensurate with experience), paid training and performance-based bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
Support the administration and coordination of contracts for large-scale data center construction projects, including subcontract agreements, vendor contracts, and client-facing documentation.
Maintain and organize project documentation related to contracts, compliance requirements, insurance certificates, bonding, and permitting approvals.
Serve as a coordination point between Legal, Project Managers, Operations, Accounting, and subcontractors to ensure contractual obligations and project requirements are clearly understood and executed.
Assist with project setup and onboarding by ensuring subcontractors, vendors, and required documentation are in place prior to project execution.
Track contract milestones, documentation deadlines, and compliance requirements while maintaining accurate records of contract amendments and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with project teams to support contract-related processes including change orders, billing documentation, and project financial tracking.
Support project leadership by proactively identifying documentation gaps, compliance risks, or contract issues and helping coordinate timely resolution.
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in contract administration, construction coordination, project administration, or a similar role within data center, construction, infrastructure, or engineering environments.
Experience working with contracts, subcontract agreements, compliance documentation, or permitting processes in a project-based setting.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage complex documentation.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project documentation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting data centers, mission-critical, or large-scale construction projects.
Familiarity with construction documentation including subcontracts, change orders, permits, insurance certificates, and bonding requirements.
Experience working with project management platforms such as Procore or Contract Works.
