**Job Title:** Digital Technology Lead – Intelligent Content Generation
**Role Summary:**
Lead the vision, design, implementation, and daily operation of a global capability that produces regulatory and formal clinical documents using structured, modular, fully governed content. Architect platforms for content models, templates, authoring, collaboration, lineage, and change management while integrating automation and generative AI to accelerate quality and speed. Collaborate with clinical, data, governance, quality, product, and engineering teams to embed compliance-by-design and deliver frequent value.
**Expactations:**
1. Define and execute a quarterly roadmap for intelligent, modular content creation.
2. Own the global content architecture and platforms, ensuring traceable data points, seamless change propagation, and inspection readiness.
3. Lead automation and generative AI initiatives for drafting, consistency checks, change propagation, and module selection.
4. Capture requirements and influence direction across authors, data, governance, and quality leaders.
5. Manage delivery, budgeting, vendor relationships, and operations with documented service levels.
6. Drive compliance, audit readiness, and change management to promote adoption.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain the global content architecture and platform strategy.
- Evaluate, select, and integrate technologies that support modular content, interoperability, and AI capabilities.
- Design automated workflows for drafting, consistency checking, and change management; ensure data integrity and system validation.
- Gather requirements from clinical authors, statisticians, medical writers, data, governance, and quality leads; translate them into compliant solutions.
- Lead project delivery, budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management for technology solutions.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, documentation, service level agreements, and support teams.
- Implement change‑management initiatives to promote adoption and inspection readiness.
- Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders to align content standards, metadata, and ownership.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven leadership in structured or modular content authoring and component content management from architecture to operations.
- Hands‑on experience with automation and generative AI applied to document creation, governance, and integrity.
- Deep knowledge of clinical development, regulated environments, data integrity, and computer system validation.
- Strong program and project management expertise, including budgeting, resourcing, planning, and delivery in complex settings.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Change‑agent mindset; ability to navigate ambiguity, balance strategy and detail, and drive measurable impact.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
