Job Title: Investment Analyst / Associate **Role Summary** Assist the Head of Investment in project financing, capital allocation, and asset acquisitions for a growing renewables platform. Responsibilities include building financial models, analyzing project economics, coordinating due diligence, preparing investment committee materials, and supporting financing and capital structuring discussions. **Expectations** - 3–6 years of experience in investment banking (project finance/infrastructure) or renewables advisory. - Deliver accurate, detailed financial models and analyses on a tight schedule. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (technical, legal, commercial) to ensure thorough due diligence. - Communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders and investment committees. **Key Responsibilities** - Build and maintain detailed project finance models. - Analyse project economics and investment returns. - Support acquisition processes for operating and “ready‑to‑build” (RTB) assets. - Coordinate due diligence across technical, legal, and commercial streams. - Prepare investment committee materials and presentations. - Assist in financing and capital structuring discussions. **Required Skills** - Advanced project finance modelling (Excel, VBA). - Strong understanding of renewable energy asset economics (solar, BESS, other transition assets). - Ability to coordinate multi‑disciplinary due diligence. - Excellent analytical and quantitative skills. - Clear, concise communication with senior decision‑makers. - Fluency in English and one additional European language (French, Spanish, or Italian). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline. - Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, CA, or similar) are a plus.
