Dartmouth Partners are working exclusively with an a highly regarded international Energy solutions business in their search for a Senior Corporate Development Associate, an integral addition to their Corporate Development Team as they embark on a new phase of growth.

The role:

Work closely with the C-suite and divisions to support the evaluation and execution of group wide strategic initiatives.
Based in London (4 days in office)
Report to the Corporate Development Manager

Ongoing tasks:

Support divisions with organic growth projects, business development activities and data driven decision making
M&A – sourcing, execution and post project integration
Strategic planning – formulate the Group strategy and preparation of the 5 year plan • Support Group with corporate finance / capital raising activities
Ad hoc commercial and financial analysis and research into new markets and products • Preparation of Board materials

The candidate:

Experience:

Up to 5 years relevant experience from Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Lead Advisory or an M&A boutique.

Key skills:

Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to articulate clear messages to different parts of the organisation and to external parties
Flexible to perform various tasks to assist the business to achieve its growth objectives
Self-motivated with ability to service multiple work-streams and stakeholders simultaneously
Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment
