**Job Title**
Founding Full‑Stack Engineer
**Role Summary**
Architect and deliver the core platform of an AI‑driven Advertising Trade Desk, integrating advanced ML/LLM workflows with scalable backend services and user‑facing interfaces in a fast‑paced startup environment.
**Expectations**
- Own technical roadmap and product direction from concept to production.
- Deliver high‑quality, scalable code while iterating rapidly.
- Maintain strong AI fluency and apply it to ad‑tech, recommendation, and trading problems.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Design, develop, and deploy a unified advertising platform (media buying, creative optimization, AI/ML pipelines).
2. Integrate LLMs and generative AI capabilities into production workflows.
3. Build and maintain cloud‑native infrastructure (AWS/GCP/others) with CI/CD, containerization, and orchestration.
4. Create performant data pipelines for high‑volume ad data and decision‐making metrics.
5. Own end‑to‑end feature development: requirement analysis, architecture, code, testing, deployment.
6. Collaborate closely with founders and cross‑functional teams to translate strategy into scalable solutions.
7. Mentor junior engineers and set coding standards, best practices, and review processes.
8. Experiment with reinforcement‑learning agents and audience‑prediction models to enhance platform capabilities.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years full‑stack development (Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Go).
- Proven experience building 0‑1 products in an early‑stage setting.
- Deep familiarity with AI/ML workflows, especially LLMs and generative models.
- Ad‑tech, social media, trading system, or recommendation algorithm background highly valued.
- Deployment and scaling of production systems on AWS, GCP, or similar cloud platforms.
- Strong API, microservices, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Excellent problem‑solving, ownership, communication, and agility in a startup context.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (AWS/GCP Cloud, AWS Certified Developer, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
