Founding Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Driven Systems)

The Job

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join the founding team and architect the core of a next-generation Advertising Trade Desk. You will design and deploy a unified platform that enables automated, cross-platform media buying and creative optimization. This isn't just about maintaining code; you’ll integrate AI/ML systems to make attention programmable, building the "operating system for digital influence" from the ground up. You will work directly with the founders to translate strategy into scalable code, merging backend infrastructure with user-facing interfaces.

My client is a stealth-mode startup backed by world-class investors and builders, currently re-imagining how startups and brands connect with audiences in the algorithmic age. They are constructing a new infrastructure for social advertising where distribution and creative execution merge into one intelligent network. They are now assembling a small, exceptional team of engineers to translate bold ideas into scalable systems at the intersection of AI, automation, and culture.

About You

You are a builder who thrives in the high-velocity environment of an early-stage startup, capable of balancing speed with technical excellence. You are obsessed with building elegant systems that scale and possess a deep fluency in AI. While you are a generalist at heart, you have likely tackled complex problems involving high-volume data or algorithmic decision-making before.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of full-stack engineering experience (Python, TypeScript, React, Node, or Go).
A background in building 0-1 products; you are comfortable owning the technical roadmap as a founding engineer.
Experience with AdTech, social media platforms, trading systems, or recommendation algorithms is highly valued for this role.
Deep familiarity with AI/ML workflows, specifically LLMs and generative applications.
Demonstrated experience deploying and scaling production systems on AWS, GCP, or similar cloud environments.
