**Job Title:** Product & Experimentation Intern
**Role Summary:**
Assist in optimizing a live mobile game by designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests across features, flows, messaging, pricing, and LiveOps. Translate findings into actionable recommendations to enhance player experience and commercial performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and scope A/B tests for features, flows, messaging, pricing, and LiveOps configurations.
- Draft experiment briefs detailing hypotheses, variants, target audiences, success metrics, and risks.
- Coordinate with designers, engineers, and LiveOps teams to ensure proper implementation.
- Monitor tests in real time, validating data quality and identifying anomalies.
- Analyze results and translate insights into actionable product recommendations.
- Maintain documentation of experiments, outcomes, and lessons learned.
- Review player data, funnels, and behavior to propose new experimentation opportunities.
- Conduct ad hoc product analysis, such as evaluating metric variations.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel; familiarity with dashboards or analytics tools preferred.
- Basic understanding of A/B testing concepts (control, variant, metrics).
- Ability to transform ideas into testable hypotheses.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and organized.
- Comfortable collaborating across cross‑functional teams.
- Interest in leveraging generative AI to support analysis, documentation, or ideation.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or current enrollment) in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Game Design, or related field.
