Job Description
**Job title** Lead IT Business Analyst **Role Summary** Lead analysis and specification of IT products, turning business needs into clear functional and technical requirements. Act as the primary liaison among business stakeholders, development teams (both internal and outsourced), and third‑party vendors. Oversee quality, security, and performance through code reviews, automation, and incident management. Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle, supporting feasibility studies, cost analyses, and cross‑domain initiatives. **Expactations** • Full‑time, on‑site presence Mon–Thu. • 7+ years overall experience, including 5+ years in application development and 5+ years managing third‑party vendors. • Experience with offshore teams is a plus; project management background is advantageous. **Key Responsibilities** - Translate business requirements into specifications, functional specs, use cases, interface designs, and test artifacts. - Partner with product managers to align priorities and ensure solutions meet organizational standards. - Collaborate with technical teams on design, implementation, and quality assurance, overseeing code quality, security, and performance. - Manage incidents and production support, coordinating with multiple vendors and interpreting technical issues. - Facilitate workshops, interviews, and workflow analyses to gather requirements. - Coordinate and, when required, coach other analysts. - Build consensus, influence decisions, and communicate effectively with executives, managers, developers, and subject matter experts. - Adapt to shifting priorities, manage off‑hour needs, and lead multiple initiatives simultaneously. **Required Skills** - Analytical, technical, and managerial proficiency. - Hands‑on experience with core technologies: Mainframe, Snowflake, AWS, Big Data platforms, Java, Tableau/Power BI, Salesforce, and agent‑force orchestration. - Ability to design and implement solutions that align with enterprise standards. - Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills. - Knowledge of agile delivery, project risk management, and quality analytics leadership. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
