Job Description: **Job Title:** Senior Legal Counsel - Corporate & Commercial Law **Role Summary** Provide expert legal guidance and support to corporate and commercial operations, with a focus on high-impact projects in international consulting contexts. **Expectations** 5+ years of professional experience in legal roles within law firms, consulting, or international organizations. **Key Responsibilities** - Structure and improve internal legal processes to mitigate risks and ensure compliance. - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (services agreements, NDAs, partnerships, subcontracting). - Advise internal teams on corporate and commercial law matters during client engagements. - Analyze and address legal and regulatory challenges in the space, defense, and telecom sectors. - Support tender proposal drafting and legal risk assessments. - Collaborate with consulting teams on regulatory issues across international projects. **Required Skills** - Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law. - Advanced analytical, drafting, and negotiation capabilities. - Ability to work independently and manage complex legal tasks responsibly. - Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills. - Fluency in professional French and English (written and spoken). **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification. - Prior experience in space, defense, telecom, or high-tech industries preferred.
