Reporting to the legal management and working closely with consulting teams and senior leadership, your responsibilities will include:

Rattaché(e) à la direction générale et en interaction étroite avec les équipes métiers, vous interviendrez notamment sur :
Your role
Contributing to the structuring and continuous improvement of internal legal processes
Identifying and managing legal risks and ensuring compliance
Handling corporate and commercial law matters
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts (services agreements, partnerships, subcontracting, NDAs, etc.)
Support in drafting proposals in response to tenders / calls for tenders
Providing legal advice to internal teams in the context of client engagements in France and internationally
Analyzing regulatory and legal issues related to the space, defense and telecom sectors
Occasional support in analyzing regulatory challenges related to the space, defense and telecommunications sectors
La participation à la structuration et à l’amélioration des process juridiques internes
Les relations avec les conseils juridiques accompagnant la soiété
La gestion des risques juridiques et la sécurisation des activités de la société
Le suivi des sujets de droit des affaires, droit commercial et droit des sociétés
La rédaction, l’analyse et la négociation de contrats (prestations de services, partenariats, sous-traitance, NDA, etc.)
Un support à la rédaction de propositions en réponse à des appels d’offre
Le conseil juridique aux équipes internes dans le cadre des projets et missions clients en France et à l’international
Occasionnellement, un support à l’analyse des enjeux réglementaires liés aux secteurs spatial, défense et télécoms
Your profile
Master’s degree in Law or equivalent
At least 5 years of professional experience in a law firm, consulting firm or international company
Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law
Prior exposure to space, defense, telecom or high-tech industries is a plus
Excellent analytical, drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
Fluent professional French and English (written and spoken) required
Diplôme supérieur en droit (Master 2 ou équivalent)
Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en cabinet d’avocats, cabinet de conseil, ou entreprise à dimension internationale
Solide expertise en droit des affaires et droit des contrats
Une connaissance des secteurs spatial, défense, télécoms ou industries technologiques est un atout
Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de rédaction et de négociation
Autonomie, rigueur, sens du service et esprit d’équipe
Très bon niveau de français et d’anglais professionnel requis (écrit et oral)
