Job Description
**Job Title:** Product Partnerships Associate **Role Summary:** Supports the Head of Product in building and managing a ecosystem of third‑party product and proposition partners for an insurtech platform. Acts as liaison between product, go‑to‑market, marketing, and integration teams to ensure partner relationships, integration scoping, and collateral are effectively maintained and leveraged to drive platform adoption. **Expectations:** - Maintain accurate partner records, contracts, and NDAs. - Serve as primary contact for partner queries and basic technical questions. - Coordinate cross‑functional feedback and deliver updated demo, sales, and pricing materials. - Track partner integration performance and contribute to value‑tracking metrics. - Assist the Head of Product with planning, research, and ad‑hoc initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Manage partner relationships, including documentation and query response. 2. Gather feedback from sales, delivery, and customers; update demo assets, sales collateral, and pricing docs. 3. Support marketing in creating clear product and sales communications. 4. Scope partner integrations, collect requirements, and liaise with the integrations team. 5. Monitor feature usage and partner performance; develop simple metrics. 6. Contribute content to the KnowledgeBase and training materials for partner‑related topics. 7. Produce and maintain demo guides and short videos showcasing partner capabilities. 8. Build deep knowledge of the platform, client base, and target markets to act as a first‑point contact. 9. Identify AI‑augmented improvement opportunities across product and organization. 10. Follow information‑security policies and promote security awareness. **Required Skills:** - Strong stakeholder management and communication (written & verbal). - Excellent organization, time‑management, and prioritization. - Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise language. - Proactive, self‑starting attitude with ownership mindset. - Relationship‑building across internal teams and external partners. - Technical aptitude: quick learner of CRM systems, reporting tools, and platform functionality. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint. - Detail‑oriented with exceptional attention to accuracy. - Interest in insurance, insurtech, and emerging technologies (AI). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent. - Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience, including internships. - No specific certifications required.
