**Job title:** RevOps Analyst
**Role Summary:**
Drive revenue growth and operational efficiency for the Customer Success team by analyzing ARR, retention, churn, and expansion trends; provide data‑driven insights, forecasts, and health scores to support renewals, upsells, and account planning. Own the accuracy and governance of ARR reporting, close processes, and system integrity while identifying and implementing tools that enhance revenue operations.
**Expectations:**
- Master Prophix, Salesforce, and related CS platforms within 30 days.
- Deliver independent, high‑impact tasks by 90 days.
- Contribute measurable improvements in revenue processes and reporting within 6 months.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze customer retention, churn, and expansion across ARR, cohorts, segments, and lifecycle stages; surface risks and opportunities.
- Partner with Customer Success leaders to create data‑rich QBRs, renewal forecasts, and account plans.
- Own, maintain, and update ARR reporting (renewals, upsell, down‑sell, churn, GRR, NRR) ensuring accuracy and executive readiness.
- Document revenue‑operations processes, policies, and guidelines.
- Enforce data governance and integrity across all revenue systems.
- Support month‑end ARR close, reconcile revenue data, and align with finance.
- Lead evaluation and implementation of new revenue‑operations technologies or tools.
- Coordinate cross‑functional projects to increase operational efficiency and revenue output.
- Maintain open stakeholder communication across Finance, CS, Sales, and Marketing.
- Monitor system activity to enforce prescribed processes and recommend optimizations.
- Provide technical expertise to solve business challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Conduct ad‑hoc analysis and support strategic initiatives as required.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep expertise in ARR, churn, expansion, GRR/NRR analytics.
- 3–5 years in revenue operations, sales operations, or finance.
- Advanced analytical tools: Salesforce, Churn Zero, Excel, Tableau (or equivalent).
- Strong data accuracy and governance focus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple projects.
- Proactive problem‑solver with continuous‑improvement mindset.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools responsibly for research and data review.
- Quick to learn new tools and adapt to evolving technology.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Revenue Management Professional, data‑analysis certifications) are a plus.
