Job Description
Job Title: Finance Control Intern – Apprenticeship (F/M) Role Summary Assist the Finance Department as a business partner, supporting budgeting, financial reporting, and control processes while participating in digital transformation initiatives such as SAP integration and data analytics tools. Expectations - Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 program in Finance or Management Control. - Prior internship or hands‑on experience in cost or financial control. - Strong analytical and proactive mindset with excellent organizational skills. - Comfortable working with IT tools and learning new ERP systems. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with operational managers to build, review and adjust departmental budgets. - Manage the activity tracking tool: configure, budget, monitor attendance, compile reports, and handle tickets. - Prepare budget presentation decks for senior IT leadership, ensuring data accuracy and clear storytelling. - Deliver internal training sessions on control best practices to colleagues. - Support the Control Manager in SAP implementation projects. - Document and refine the control process framework. - Generate periodic financial reports and contribute to month‑end closing activities (e.g., order and asset reconciliation). Required Skills - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts). - Familiarity with Power BI and Power Query; ability to create dashboards and reports. - Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP. - Strong written and verbal communication, with the capacity to present complex data clearly. - Proactive, solution‑oriented, organized, and detail‑focused. Required Education & Certifications - Current enrollment in a bachelor’s level (Bac+4) to master’s level (Bac+5) degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Control. - No specific certifications required, but knowledge of ERP (SAP) or data‑visualisation tools gives an advantage.
