Job Title: Senior Threat and Intelligence Manager
Role Summary: Lead the intelligence function within a Physical Security Operations Centre, directing collection, analysis, and dissemination of actionable threats for a specific client. Manage a small analyst team, develop SOPs, and provide real‑time risk assessments to protect operations, assets, workforce, and reputation.
Expectations: Establish intelligence objectives, allocate resources, and ensure programs align with security goals. Deliver forward‑looking, actionable intelligence and incident risk assessments for political, social, and natural hazards. Maintain high standards of policy, training, and performance measurement for the intelligence team.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize intelligence collection, analysis, and production.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate intelligence programmes; develop SOPs and training.
- Lead and mentor analysts, setting KPIs and ensuring best‑practice compliance.
- Produce incident risk assessments for unrest, violence, terrorism, crime, disasters, and large events.
- Deliver regular geopolitical risk reports and site‑selection threat analyses.
- Monitor live events, issue timely alerts, and trigger incident management per SOPs.
- Liaise with stakeholders to communicate risks and support investigations.
- Continuously refine intelligence processes and quality controls.
Required Skills
- Strategic intelligence planning and execution.

- Threat assessment and risk evaluation across political, social, and natural domains.
- Translation of complex threat data into actionable briefings.
- SOP creation, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Crisis management and real‑time threat monitoring.
- Strong analytical tools, OSINT, data visualization, and secure communication proficiency.
- Excellent verbal & written communication with non‑technical audiences.
- Ethical judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, International Relations, Political Science, or related discipline.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Threat Analyst, CID, CIDP) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading an intelligence analysis program in a corporate or GSOC environment.
