CDS (Customer Delivery Services) is an independent Hewlett Packard Enterprise company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of HPE in Europe. CDS works as a local delivery platform for all HPE service business units and delivers field technical services to HPE customers and in some instances to its own customers as well.

Our company has a long tradition of delivering highly customized services and we pride ourselves on our commitment to employees, service quality and customer satisfaction. CDS was formed after the acquisition of Synstar which had over 40 years' experience of delivering multi-vendor services in data centers and at end-user workplace across Europe. It then integrated other companies, such as IMD in The Netherlands or DCS in Italy and opened new subsidiaries and operations in additional European countries. CDS is now present in 10 European countries with more than 1,500 employees.

CDS focuses on Infrastructure Technical Support work in the field (Hybrid and Edge) and owns field maintenance and installation for EMEA, delivered directly or through Partners. It has mobile and resident workforces providing maintenance services, installations (IMACD), networking support, system administration, software development, professional and operational services... It also owns specific local call center and help desk capabilities that enable and complement its onsite capabilities. The broad range of expertise coupled with an effective, agile and skillful workforce creates flexibility in field service solutions which can be tailored to individual customer needs.

Job Description
Job title: Telecommunications Engineer Role Summary: Provide day‑to‑day network infrastructure support and IP Telephony (Cisco CUCM) maintenance for a large client campus. Manage installations, troubleshooting, configuration, and upgrades, ensuring high availability, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction. Expectations: - Work hybrid onsite with core shift coverage (07:00‑19:00, Mon‑Fri) and scheduled out‑of‑hours rota. - Act as first‑respondent for logged faults, maintaining clear documentation and escalation. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and troubleshoot telecom and networking equipment, focusing on voice endpoints, Cisco SBCs, and CUCM. - Support SIP trunks, VoIP call routing, Unity Connection (voicemail) and UCCX integration. - Perform firmware/hardware diagnostics, patching, and upgrade projects. - Use NMS tools (e.g., HPE IMC, SolarWinds) for monitoring and reporting. - Enforce security, data protection, and incident management processes. - Create technical documentation, guides, and updates in the ticketing system. Required Skills: - ≥3 years IP Telephony and Cisco CUCM support; experience with Cisco and third‑party endpoints. - 4 years networking background; Cisco, HPE/Aruba equipment knowledge. - Cisco SBCs, SNR/Unified Mobility, and MS‑Teams Direct Routing integration. - Strong troubleshooting, problem ownership, and customer‑service skills. - Excellent organisational ability and proactive, collaborative working style. - Ability to pass security clearance and provide verified employment references. Job Description
Job title: Data Center Engineer Role Summary: Provide hardware and cabling support for multi‑vendor data center environments, performing installations, repairs, and facilities tasks (IMAC/D) on HPE and Dell servers. Operate 24/7, 12‑hour shifts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and SLA compliance. Expactations: Deliver rapid, quality support on site, troubleshoot complex hardware issues, maintain accurate ticket documentation, and coordinate with external resources. Maintain a calm, professional demeanor and communicate clearly across all levels. Key Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair customer server hardware (HPE Proliant, Dell). - Install, terminate, and test data‑center interlink cabling (CAT‑5e, CAT‑6/6A, fibre optics). - Execute IMAC/D activities: installation, relocation, decommissioning of equipment. - Escort and coordinate external resources, manage access and goods handling. - Resolve support tickets within SLA, escalating when necessary, and update customers until closure. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing issues promptly.
