Marketing Associate, Client Engagement
**Role Summary**
Support the Institutional Marketing team in planning, executing, and tracking multi‑channel client engagement campaigns. Work closely with the Global Business Development team and Senior Marketing Manager to deliver client‑focused projects, creative assets, and event coordination while ensuring brand compliance and analytical rigour.
**Expectations**

- Collaborate cross‑functionally with design, content, product, and external vendors.
- Maintain precision in reporting, analytics, and brand adherence.
- Adapt to a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and measure institutional marketing campaigns across email, social, webinars, and events.
- Develop and manage email marketing lists, segmentation, and performance dashboards in platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo.
- Coordinate client‑facing activations, presentations, and custom marketing materials.
- Produce creative assets by collaborating with design and content teams; update templates using Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint.
- Assist with field‑marketing and event sponsorship deliverables, including on‑site and virtual coordination.
- Support webinar promotion, registration, and post‑event analytics.
- Draft and schedule social media posts, tailoring messaging to defined audiences.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and feedback using tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Review all marketing materials for accuracy, brand consistency, and regulatory compliance.
**Required Skills**
- 2–4 years experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or project management (corporate or agency).
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Hands‑on experience with email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo).
- Knowledge of email list management, segmentation, and analytics.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- Working knowledge of social media and webinar platforms.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Creative problem‑solving with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive and adaptable in a high‑velocity setting.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
