About the Company

We are global change-makers. We are on a mission to change the HR recruitment industry by helping build incredible teams with the People and Talent functions that drive ambitious businesses. Specifically, we focus on specialist hires within the People function, creating networks of niche HR talent for roles across the core areas of People and Talent, Reward and People Analytics, and HR Infrastructure.

The old, traditional way of ‘doing human resources’ no longer works for today’s working and professional environments. The remit of HR and People teams has rapidly evolved. HR is now a central pillar, helping to define the strategy and culture of a business. In a fast-changing world, it needs to partner with individuals who grasp this and are evolving alongside this change.

This is why we set up Catalyst. We are a team of innovators, deeply specialist in each of our HR-focused areas, and with years of industry experience for our clients and candidates to benefit from. There are two tenets we stand by: a service delivered at pace without compromise; setting the bar higher for doing the basics brilliantly. Things agencies should be doing, but don’t.

We recruit for all levels within HR, with specialist knowledge placing senior and technical roles across Banking and Finance, Investor-backed businesses, Private Equity and Commerce industries. Each Catalyst expert is dedicated to transforming the HR recruitment experience, so no matter what the job requirements, we can build incredible teams.
