Location: London (minimum four days per week in the office)

Salary: £55,000–£65,000

With an established HR function spanning multiple regions, the organisation is investing in its global HR Operations capability as part of a broader digital transformation.

This 12‑month FTC sits within the global HR Operations team, reporting to the HR Operations Manager. The role is essential in delivering a consistent, high‑quality HR service across the employee lifecycle while ensuring robust data management, compliance, and operational efficiency. A key aspect of the position is supporting process improvement initiatives, including contributing to AI‑enabled enhancements within the HR technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line HR Operations support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer‑focused service.

• Maintain and update employee data, documentation, and HRIS records, ensuring compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal governance standards.

• Support process improvement and automation initiatives, including input into AI‑driven tools and workflows within the HRIS platform.

• Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, letters, onboarding materials, and status changes, ensuring consistency and accuracy across multiple jurisdictions.

• Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent, Reward, and Payroll to ensure seamless end‑to‑end operational processes.

• Contribute to HR Operations reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement activity to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in HR Operations, ideally gained within financial services or another highly regulated, multinational environment.

• Demonstrated capability in delivering BAU HR processes with accuracy, attention to detail, and a service‑oriented mindset.

• Exposure to HR technology projects, particularly AI‑enabled workflow automation or the integration of AI agents within HRIS platforms, is highly advantageous.

• Confident working with HR systems and data; strong understanding of data accuracy, compliance, and audit requirements.

• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across a global HR community.
