Required Skills: • Minimum 10 years of progressive responsibility in electrical installation for water/waste treatment infrastructure. • Demonstrated international project supervision experience (≥6 months onsite). • Strong analytical, technical, and financial acumen with rigorous budget control. • Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of influencing diverse groups. • Proficiency in English and French; additional languages considered an asset. • Willingness to travel frequently for domestic and international site visits. Required Education & Certifications: • Graduate of an accredited engineering school (Electrical/Electronic or related discipline) or equivalent professional qualification. • Proven experience leads large‑scale installation projects, institutionalised HSE compliance, and post‑construction commissioning.
