Job Description

**Job title:** Workday Finance Systems Manager **Role Summary:** Lead the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning systems for a global finance organization. Manage a small finance systems team and serve as the primary liaison between finance and IT to ensure system alignment with business needs. **Expectations:** - Own end‑to‑end performance of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning. - Deliver user self‑service capabilities and drive system enhancements. - Coordinate with internal finance stakeholders and external partners. **Key Responsibilities:** - Administer and optimize Workday Financials (GL, AP, AR, reporting, planning). - Support and enhance Adaptive Planning or equivalent EPM tools. - Lead, coach, and develop a small finance systems team. - Liaise with global finance stakeholders and manage external vendor relationships. - Identify and implement system improvements and automation. **Required Skills:** - Advanced knowledge of Workday Financials configuration and maintenance. - Experience with Adaptive Planning (or similar enterprise planning tool). - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Proven team leadership and development ability. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA). - Workday Financials certification.
