Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant with strong Fast Formula expertise to support the delivery and optimisation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll for a large organisation. This is a hands-on role suited to a consultant who can operate across configuration, payroll processing and troubleshooting within a complex payroll environment.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll solutions
Develop, amend and optimise Fast Formula to meet complex payroll requirements
Configure payroll elements, element links, balances and calculation cards
Support payroll processing, testing, parallel runs and issue resolution
Work closely with HR, Payroll and technical teams to translate business requirements into system configuration
Support UAT and post go-live activities, including BAU payroll support
Produce clear functional documentation and support knowledge transfer
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll
Proven expertise in Fast Formula development and troubleshooting
Experience configuring payroll elements, balances and calculation cards
Experience supporting payroll testing, parallel runs and go-live activities
Ability to work effectively in a delivery-focused environment
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with business stakeholders
Desirable Experience
Experience with Absence Management and Core HR
Experience working on large or complex payroll environments
Public or regulated sector experience
Additional Information
3 days per week onsite in Ireland
Travel and accommodation expenses paid
Outside IR35 engagement
