Job Title Azure Data Scientist – Outside IR35 Role Summary Lead end‑to‑end design and implementation of Azure‑based machine learning and AI solutions for clients. Drive technical strategy, architecture, and delivery of data science projects, with a focus on scalable data processing, model development, and commercial impact. Expectations - Deliver high‑quality AI solutions that meet client business goals and timelines. - Own solution ownership, from solution design to production deployment in Azure. - Actively engage with clients and sponsors to translate requirements into technical deliverables. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop machine‑learning models, computer‑vision pipelines, and statistical algorithms on Azure Machine Learning and Azure AI Services. - Build and maintain data architectures, including data pipelines, storage, and realtime/geo‑spatial processing in Azure. - Lead multi‑disciplinary teams, ensuring on‑time delivery of core solution components. - Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders via Power BI, Azure Data Explorer, and Azure Cognitive Services. - Write, review, and maintain data‑science code in Python, C#, SQL, R, or similar languages. Required Skills - Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and Azure Cognitive Services. - Proven experience building predictive models, performing statistical analysis, and conducting pricing or commercial analytics. - Advanced data‑visualisation and storytelling using Power BI, Azure Data Explorer, or comparable tools. - Ability to handle large, real‑time, storage‑intensive, and geo‑spatial datasets. - Strong programming skills (Python, C#, SQL, R). - Excellent verbal and written communication; strong client‑facing aptitude. - Background in data science or data engineering. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred). - Azure‑related certifications (e.g., Azure Data Scientist Associate, Azure AI Engineer Associate) are preferred but not mandatory.

Job Description
**Job Title:** Data Product Owner – Outside IR35 **Role Summary:** Own and drive the vision, roadmap, and performance of one or more data products as commercial assets, bridging business stakeholders and delivery teams to deliver measurable value throughout the product lifecycle. **Expectations:** - Deliver data products that meet agreed quality, availability, and reliability SLAs. - Quantitatively demonstrate business impact and continuously improve product performance. - Foster a “data as a product” culture across technical and business teams. - Maintain active SC clearance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business outcomes. - Translate business requirements into prioritised backlog items, user stories, and acceptance criteria with a usability focus. - Own and prioritise product backlog, ensuring delivery teams focus on highest‑value work. - Define, communicate and monitor success metrics, SLAs, and non‑functional requirements (refresh frequency, retention, recovery). - Monitor data quality, trigger corrective actions when standards are breached. - Work closely with engineering, analytics, platform, and UX teams to deliver high‑quality data products. - Act as the primary stakeholder interface for data consumers and delivery teams. - Champion the data‑as‑a‑product mindset across the organisation. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience as Product Owner / Product Manager in data, analytics, or platform environments. - Strong grasp of data/analytics concepts, data product lifecycle, and data quality principles. - Expertise in backlog ownership, prioritisation, and Agile delivery practices. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to define, measure, and articulate business value. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Agile certification (e.g., CSPO, PSM) preferred. - Active SC clearance required.
