Job Description
Job Title: End Point Administrator Role Summary: Maintain, support, and optimize organization-wide endpoints (workstations, laptops, mobiles, tablets) throughout their lifecycle. Create/operate enterprise OS reference images, manage endpoint security/updates, resolve technical issues, and contribute to endpoint policy enhancements. Expectations: Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS, 5+ years in endpoint administration, expertise in Windows systems, scripting, and automation tools. Must hold ITIL certification and another relevant certification (e.g., Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Admin, SCCM, VCP-DW 2022). Key Responsibilities: - Maintain endpoints (software, hardware, peripherals) and OS reference images. - Manage security patches, software updates, and application packaging. - Diagnose/troubleshoot endpoint technical issues. - Develop policies and propose endpoint management improvements. Required Skills: Windows client OS administration; endpoint hardware/software troubleshooting; scripting (PowerShell, Python, Perl); automation tools (Ansible, Terraform); application packaging; OS imaging; problem-solving. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s in IT/CS/related field. Required certifications: ITIL + one of the following: Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, SCCM (Administering M365), VCP-DW 2022, Cisco CTC–Collaboration, or McAfee ePO Specialist.
